BETA CONTACT PRIVACY
A focused notice for beta applicants.

Information collected
The beta form collects your first and last name, business name, business email, phone number, consent record, submission time, and limited anti-abuse information. It does not collect the properties, tenants, documents, financials, password, or recovery key stored inside the Deed7 desktop application.
How it is used
The information is used only to evaluate your request, contact you about beta access, provision and administer a beta license, support your participation, keep an administrative record of consent, and protect the form and licensing service against abuse. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and Deed7 does not sell this information. Every field and acknowledgement is required so that an application can be reviewed and a participant can be contacted. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and no acceptance decision is made solely by an automated system.
Calls and text messages
If you provide the separate express consent on the beta form, Deed7 may call or text the number you provide about your beta application, beta access, and participation, including through automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare may process limited request information for delivery and human verification. The hosting provider may process infrastructure logs needed to operate and secure the service. Contact fields are encrypted in the Deed7 administration database, activation codes are not stored in recoverable form, and administrative access requires multiple security controls.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only while reasonably needed to review the application, administer the beta, maintain necessary security records, and resolve support or legal matters. By emailing [email protected], you may withdraw from beta contact or ask to access, correct, or delete your beta contact record; other privacy rights may apply based on where you live. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection regulator that applies where you live. A deletion request does not delete customer data inside your local Deed7 workspace because that data is never held in this beta system.
