Property inquiries
Terms of Use
Effective August 21, 2026
Inquiry only
Submitting information asks Deed7 to review a property. It is not an offer to purchase, a guarantee of an offer, an agreement to purchase, or an obligation to sell. A potential transaction exists only after the identified purchasing entity and seller execute a separate written purchase agreement.
No professional or foreclosure-relief relationship
Deed7 provides technology and property-analysis tools. In connection with this page, Deed7 is not acting as a real-estate broker, real-estate agent, appraiser, lender, attorney, fiduciary, foreclosure-rescue provider, mortgage-modification service, debt-relief provider, or representative of the property owner. Any required disclosure concerning a participating party's real-estate license will be provided before a transaction.
Accurate submissions
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit. Do not provide Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, bank or mortgage account numbers, payment-card information, passwords, lender credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.
Evaluation and contact
Deed7 and an affiliated real-estate investment company under common ownership or control may evaluate a property inquiry. If the property appears to fit acquisition criteria, Deed7 or an authorized representative of that affiliated company may contact you using the information and permissions you provided and only in relation to that property inquiry. Consent to automated calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
Independent evaluation and inspection
Any potential purchase remains subject to independent evaluation, agreement on price and terms, and a written purchase agreement identifying the actual purchaser. A purchase agreement may include a 10-day inspection or due-diligence period, or a different period expressly stated in that agreement. References to a cash purchase or a property being considered in its current condition do not waive evaluation, inspection, due diligence, title review, or other written contingencies.
Equal housing
Deed7 supports equal housing opportunity. Property inquiries are not evaluated based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, military status, ancestry, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
