Information submitted with a property inquiry

When you voluntarily submit a property, Deed7 may collect the information needed to evaluate and respond to that specific inquiry, including:

• full name, email address, and telephone number
• property address, property type, and condition
• asking price and desired sale timeline
• technical submission information reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, consent evidence, and recordkeeping

How the information may be used

Property-inquiry information may be used to process the inquiry, evaluate whether the property fits acquisition criteria, communicate with the seller about the submitted property, perform internal underwriting or analysis, verify property information through legitimate public or third-party property-information sources, share the inquiry with an affiliated real-estate investment company evaluating a potential acquisition, maintain records related to the inquiry, and protect the site against abuse or fraud.

Purpose limitation

Submitting a property inquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters, Deed7 software marketing, promotions, or unrelated campaigns. Deed7 does not sell property-inquiry information or property data to third parties. Any future promotional communication that legally requires separate consent would use a separate permission mechanism.

Sharing and access

Information may be accessed by authorized administrators and may be shared with an affiliated real-estate investment company under common ownership or control when needed to evaluate a potential acquisition. It may also be disclosed to service providers that process data on Deed7's behalf under appropriate restrictions, or when required to protect legal rights, safety, and site integrity.

Security, retention, and deletion

Deed7 applies reasonable data-minimization, encryption, access-control, upload-validation, security-monitoring, retention, and deletion practices appropriate to property-inquiry records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, communication, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

Your choices

You may decline to submit optional information. You may revoke permission for future text messages at any time by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of property-inquiry information, subject to reasonable identity verification and any records that must be retained for legitimate legal or security purposes.
